8th Typhoon NeoGuRi

140711 8th Typhoon NeoGuRi Typhoon is a deadly natural phenomenon forming several times a year over West Pacific islands and head onto the Orient wreaking havoc even on man-developed areas . each is given a specific name and this NeoGuRi (Korean for racoon) turned East towards the Japans just before hitting the Korean island of JeJu . I believe this is the first time I’ve seen on heading North-East, hitting every large Japanese island on its way . although its strength was weakened as it hit the South-Western tip of Japan : it effected Korean flights on the 9th Wednesday and 10th Thursday when many were delayed and even cancelled . more-over major Japanese cities like Nagasaki, Fukuoka, Osaka, Nagoya and even the Capital of Tokyo was on its direct path . but the more worried was the Fukushima Nuclear Power Plant cripple from the earth-quake and tsunami of March 2011 . but thank-God it dissipated after passing-by Tokyo to the South and missing Fukushima all-together by the morning of 11th Friday .
