Fusion Restaurant with a Panoramic View Xian at ShinSeGae Department Store KangNam Branch in Central City

the third mammoth shopping complex built after COEX Exhibition Center and JamSil Lotte World (all South of the Han River in opulent KangNam, including this) Central City takes up the already-standing BanPo Bus Terminal, Marriott Hotel and ShinSeGae Department Store KangNam Branch . and as the underground basement of these prime department stores stock international gourmet food that was once only available through black markets, the top restaurant floors become packed with housewives at lunch time (only to slow-down after 3pm) and in the evening with dating couples .

and on the lower of the 10th and 11th floors taken by restaurants, Xian is my favourite with a pleasant mixture of inter-culture fusion food, with a super panoramic view North onto Seoul’s Eiffel Tower : NamSan Tower atop NamSan (South Mountain)
