after a long drought it finally rained . it was while the Korean Peninsula was going through an unprecedented drought, with vegetable price rising, that it was struck with the Out-Break of MERS virus . forecast previewed it will rain, again and again but the Northern pressure kept this year’s Monsoon at bay . then just when MERS epidemic was showing signs to be contained : another good news . with day time temperature hitting record heat in 76 years and 36 degress Celcius around Metropolitan SEOUL, rain came with one of five typhoons formed in the Pacific : Chan-Hom, to last for a good two days .
